I am a below-knee amputee who loves fitness. I’ve been in the fitness industry since I was 23 years old. I have trained 1-on-1, led group training, and competed around the world on TV shows. For me, fitness is not just about working out—it’s mental, physical, and spiritual. You grow in all areas. Fitness changed my life, and it can change yours too
Hi, I’m Nelson “ NubbyT” Thomas 👋
I’m an amputee athlete, fitness & lifestyle coach, and motivational speaker who believes that setbacks are just setups for comebacks. After losing my leg, I refused to let that moment define me. Instead, I used it as fuel to grow stronger—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Fitness became more than just training my body—it became a way to build discipline, resilience, and confidence. Now, I use my platform to share that journey with others. From workouts and nutrition tips to motivational talks and real conversations about mental health, my mission is to inspire people to push past limits and become 1% better every single day.
